Requirements
- Ideal candidates are previous launchers responsible for building a team and business from scratch or experienced sales and account managers who excel at working under client pressure and problem-solving to provide the best service possible
- Grit, and willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on; you persevere when others fall away
- A track record of engaging and influencing cross-functional teamsData-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
- Attention to detail balanced with swift execution - we need to do things quickly and do them well
- A self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills; proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks and consistently deliver against hard deadlines
- Spanish speaker preferred but not required
- Knowledge of SQL and no code tools like Retool is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Create an industry-best experience for clients on our platform to ensure retention, encourage referrals, and win your market share
- Own a book of business and be accountable for P&L and operational performance for your market. You are the CEO of your territory
- Build tools, provide geo insights, analysis, and reporting structures to surface insights, and recommend strategies and initiatives to cross-functional teams
- Maintain a pulse on the industry landscape at a city/geo level to constantly assess threats and opportunities and document and communicate market intelligence
- Engage with regional and cross-functional team members to execute high-priority, needle-moving growth, and optimization initiatives
- Actively maintain communications with a broad stakeholder base
