Responsibilities
  • Maintain current knowledge of all spa services, pricings, offerings, schedules, specials and other services provided at the spa
  • Assist and coordinate onboarding of new hires
  • Staff Schedule Management
  • Assist Principal Therapist and Lead Aesthetician with regular training and education schedule for all staff, collaborating with vendor reps
  • Assist with monthly inventory/ordering
  • Product usage oversight
  • Spa cleanliness and maintenance oversight
  • Colleague follow up including coaching and counseling and documentation
  • Perform both opening and closing MOD shifts as scheduled
  • Assist with handling payroll duties with accuracy adhering to timelines
  • Other tasks and duties assigned by Spa Director
