Responsibilities
  • Archive QAE’s Closed Jobs
  • Assisting QAE’s in locating physical documents that are not in the electronic database
  • M&TE Logging
  • Replace damaged active Project Folders on all QAE’s filing cabinets & Create labels for Project folders that do not have labels yet
  • Organize H-Jobs/Calibration PO’s & JORs cabinet in sequential order
  • Relocate active jobs that are overcrowded into a different filing cabinet to make more room when filing. Update Locator Log after re-locating the projects.
  • Ensuring that files are in eDocs before archiving Scan K-Jobs, R&D and documents from accounting into a Database for easier access.
  • Assisting QAE’s with any other administrative duties and responsibilities as needed.
