Blackstone Private Wealth – Global Product Strategy, Associate
BXPW is looking for a dynamic and skilled candidate to join our Global Product Strategy team as an Associate. Global Product Strategy focuses on creating category-killing products that deliver Blackstone’s investment capabilities to private wealth investors and broaden access to alternatives. The candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and driving the end-to-end development of new funds and feeders, from building the business case to securing investor capital. The ideal candidate should be intellectually curious, creative, and passionate about researching and developing innovative product structures to explore new markets and distribution channels.
• Collaborate with senior leaders in Blackstone Private Wealth and across Blackstone’s investment and functional teams to create investment solutions for private wealth clients.
• Work with internal Blackstone teams on all aspects of product development, including portfolio buildout, fund operations, marketing, technology, tax and finance.
• Assist in designing and launching global and local investment solutions, considering regulatory requirements and client preferences (liquidity, yield, returns, etc.).
• Research product structures, regulatory changes, and competitor fund launches to identify growth opportunities.
• Support various strategic initiatives and cross-business projects.
In addition to a minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking, asset management, consulting or wealth management, the successful candidate should have:

Expected annual base salary range:
$125,000 - $165,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
