  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of administrative/clerical experience
  • Language fluency in English
  • Associate's degree in a related field
  • Employment eligibility verification
  • CPR/First Aid training
  • Tuberculosis Test

  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proof of insurance and ownership for personal vehicles used during work duties
  • Ability to qualify for PATH's insurance coverage

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service to guests and respond to questions and requests for information
  • Perform general reception tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, relaying messages when necessary
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings as requested; coordinate facility usage with internal staff and external community members; support meeting preparation
  • Generate email, correspondence memos, collateral packets, letters, and faxes
  • Sort and distribute mail to respective departments and process outgoing mail
  • Maintain all supplies and orders for new and additional materials
  • Perform general office management and organization
  • Assist in creating a new filing protocol for all PV documents
