- Advanced degree in mental health/social services or equivalent experience required
- A heart for service for vulnerable people
- Ability to work well on own and manage own program
- MS Office skills required
- Highly self-motivated with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
- Direct-service experience with vulnerable populations preferred
- Valid driver’s license, regular access to vehicle, and ability/willingness to drive clients to appointments
- Occasional evenings or weekends required
- Complete screening assessments with newly arrived refugee clients at regular intervals spanning R&P and PC programs
- Assist resettlement case managers in recognizing mental health needs and developing a support plan
- Proactively work with caseworkers to ensure smooth enrollment in PC for cases in need of long-term case management regarding mental health
- Build portfolio of community mental health resources and provide warm referrals when appropriate
- Coordinate and consult with WRWW Resilience Programs to ensure smooth referrals and program continuity
- Work with the Pre-Arrival team and RHPP to support medically complex cases
- Case note and proactively document assessments and outcomes of cases
- Provide monthly trainings to staff on mental health/trauma informed care
- Collaborate, consult, and partner with local service providers
- Practice confidentiality in practice, language, and record keeping in accordance with applicable licensure requirements and office policies
- Maintain professional competency through continuing education
- Actively participate in monthly staff meeting
- Submit any requested data to the program manager through monthly, semi-annual, and annual reports
- Maintain accurate and organized files and records of services provided
- Adhere to all World Relief policies, including but not limited to, incident reporting procedures, code of conduct, security safety and health
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned
