Requirements

3+ years in a Site Reliability Engineer role
Proven experience with designing, building, securing and managing Kubernetes at scale
Experience with Kubernetes networking and knowledge on how traffic flows within pods, load balancers and the internet
Experience using AWS systems, infrastructure and automation tools, such as CloudFormation and Terraform
Able to write code with programming / scripting languages to automate repeatable processes and develop/enhance microservice-based systems (e.g., Python, Java, C++, Go)
Experience with configuration management tools, such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet etc
Experience with Continuous Integration / Delivery tooling, such as Jenkins, Travis CI, CircleCI etc
Cross functional collaboration skills and relationship building skills are a must
Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

Design and reimplement Cogito's core infrastructure in a containerized, cloud native manner, making use of Docker, Kubernetes, Istio and AWS infrastructure
Contribute to making our infrastructure run in multiple regions and handle seamless and fast resource provisioning and service deployment, as well as building monitoring tools and dashboards
Enhance and develop automated testing at various levels of our component
Help moving towards an improved CI/CD model. Currently developing these pipelines using (but not limited to): Jenkins, Ansible, AWS, CloudFormation, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker

What you will get to do:

Your Background:
