  • Eagerness to help customers solve problems and succeed in making Airflow the de-facto standard in data orchestration
  • Experience in relevant market products such as Cloudera, Databricks, AWS, Azure, Google Platform, Tableau, SAS, ETL technologies, Apache Airflow, Python, SQL, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Proven ability to drive continuous value of product(s)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in escalation management and development of go-to-green plans
  • Experience working with a technical customer base and understanding corporate IT projects and processes
  • A quantitative approach to understanding, measuring, and forecasting customer behavior and revenue
  • Strong collaborative nature and commitment to quality
  • Desire to learn, general curiosity, and passion for making customers happy
  • BA/BS in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
Responsibilities
  • Own the overall relationship with clients
  • Develop and execute customer success plans
  • Manage customers through initial launch of use cases on Astronomer platform
  • Build and enhance customers' Astronomer skill sets
  • Help customers identify and define use cases for Astronomer products
  • Develop and nurture customers to become strong advocates for Astronomer
  • Effectively address customer satisfaction and resolve issues
  • Identify upsell and growth opportunities
  • Provide regular customer status updates to the Astronomer Leadership Team
  • Become a trusted advisor relationship for customers
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by surveying customers and adjusting based on feedback
  • Document findings from customer interactions and communicate them to internal stakeholders
