  • 5+ years project management, assistant project management, or superintendent experience in commercial construction with projects ranging from £500k to £50 million (UK)
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems
  • Deadline-driven and able to prioritise tasks across many projects
  • A problem solver who can think creatively to keep projects moving forward smoothly
  • Engineering, architecture, or construction management degree preferred
  • PlanGrid, Autodesk Build, BIM Collaborate, Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, REVIT/BIM, MS Office experience preferred
  • Experience working in mission-critical environments is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required
Responsibilities
  • All aspects of project management, including defining goals, making budgets and timelines, tracking milestones, managing risk, procuring materials, and quality control
  • Contributing to all phases of the build-out project, including space planning, design, phasing and sequencing, managing and supervising site work, occupancy, and closeout
  • Taking the initiative to provide status updates to the larger team
  • Managing external vendor, contractor, and landlord relationships
  • Working closely with other Jane Street teams including Facilities, Networking, Security/ Physical Security, Audio Visual, IT, and Office Administration
