Requirements
  • 5 plus years of progressive experience in platform engineering, distributed systems, or software development
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, Python, TypeScript, Go)
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems architecture, microservices patterns, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Exposure to AI development tools such as Claude Code, code generation models, automated testing frameworks, and intelligent monitoring solutions
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and platform observability tools
  • Understanding of API design, database optimization, message queuing systems, and professional software engineering practices, including code review, automated testing, security best practices, and operational excellence
Responsibilities
  • Design and build our core platform services and APIs, ensuring they are scalable and reliable
  • Leverage modern AI tools for code generation, automated testing, and intelligent monitoring to increase team productivity and system reliability
  • Partner with product managers and other engineering teams to architect solutions that address complex customer challenges, using AI-powered analysis to inform your decisions
  • Serve as a mentor to junior and mid-level engineers, helping them adopt platform tools and AI best practices while fostering a collaborative engineering culture
  • Own the performance of production systems, debugging critical issues and implementing monitoring solutions to ensure we meet our service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Research and evaluate emerging AI development tools and platform solutions to continuously enhance our development process and system capabilities
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with AI development tools like Claude Code, code generation models, and AI-powered testing frameworks is a significant plus
