JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage data-heavy processes, including onboarding and administering new clients, configuring internal and external applications and features, setting up and insuring the accuracy of customer data models, and partnering with data scientists and machine learning experts to create training data and benchmark against gold standards. Create, onboard, and administer new client organizations on the Knowable Platform and in other legacy applications. Implement change requests, new configurations of Standard and Non-Standard data models, and other updates to Production environments. Review data sets and flag discrepancies for other team members. Oversee various layers of data quality and monitor from ingestion to production. Develop and foster key cross-functional relationships across Knowable’s Product, Technology, Commercial (Sales & Marketing), and Client Service teams. Document and troubleshoot issues identified in our Production environments and drive them to resolution. Perform other duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field required.
- 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupations required.
- Also required is: 2 years of experience in: utilizing flows of data and information between systems, including authorization/authentication and integration patterns such as polling and webhooks; creating API documentation that can interact with REST APIs; using SOAP and GraphQL; performing data analysis, including querying different forms of data, using different query languages, transforming data into different formats for integration/ingestion, and aggregating and presenting data in a meaningful way to both technical and non-technical audiences; utilizing SDLC processes and Agile/lean methodologies; configuring cloud technologies including AWS to deploy EC2 containers to deploy internal dashboard based on PHP, in order to login in EC2 to pull new changes prior to implementing CI/CD pipelines; utilizing PHP MVC Laravel to build internal dashboards and internal facing API for features related to marketing, logistics and supply chain; and using, supporting and accessing facilities for extracting and formatting a SQL database management system, to create SQL tables or alter the existing tables required to support new features and capture new data.
- Employee reports to Knowable, Inc. office in Horsham, PA, but may telecommute from any location within the U.S.
- Experience can be concurrent.
