Requirements

5+ years of in strategic corporate finance, management consulting, private equity/venture capital, investment banking and/or management consulting
Ability to think across multiple dimensions of a business (sales, product, marketing etc.) and work cross-functionally to deliver results
Equally comfortable operating at 10,000 feet and 1 foot. Doesn't hesitate to get in the weeds and work at the lowest level of detail but is just as comfortable thinking long-term and inspiring a team
Exceptional skill at effectively building and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders, manage multiple competing priorities, and drive projects to completion
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, and execute in-depth analyses to translate data into insights and make recommendations to Roku Smart Home's leadership team based on your findings
Enable our organization to continue to be highly data-driven as we scale by synthesizing insights, building financial models, and developing KPIs for real-time monitoring of performance
Support all long-range and annual planning activities, as well as quarterly forecasting and close
Build and manage scenario models to support business development negotiations with key partners
Work closely with product management, R&D, and operations teams to accurately forecast and manage revenue, costs, headcount and operating expenses for the ongoing business and new initiatives
Build detailed models and analysis to support new business opportunities, including risk assessment and scenario analyses
Work closely with the business partners to drive the long-range strategic plan, annual plan, monthly forecasts, and close cycles
Provide ad hoc modeling and in-depth analysis to drive intelligent decision making

Desired Qualifications

Experience: Knowledge of SQL, Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Tableau, Looker

About the Role

We are looking for an outstanding candidate to take on a variety of strategic, operational, and analytical projects to drive quality growth for the Roku Smart Home business. In this position you’ll have the chance to lead mission-critical projects end to end -- from working on strategic planning and analysis to presenting your recommendations to the Roku Smart Home leadership team and working cross-functionally with our business development, product, engineering, sales, marketing, and accounting teams on key initiatives.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing, impactful team that will play a critical role in shaping the future growth of Roku. This is an individual contributor role based out of the San Jose HQ.

For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $102,000 and $212,000 annually.
Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

We’re excited if you have
