Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a midscale or lifestyle hotel General Manager role with a proven track record of delivering commercial and operational success.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom is essential.
Responsibilities
  • Lead all hotel operations across Rooms, Food and Beverage, Finance, Sales, and People and Culture.
  • Drive commercial performance and achieve budgeted revenue, profit, and gross operating profit targets.
  • Build strong relationships with owners, community partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain strong guest satisfaction scores.
  • Create an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture where team members can thrive.
  • Shape the hotel's growth strategy by evaluating market dynamics.
