Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Provide tactical support to senior leadership by managing and executing operational activities, such as executive team meetings and quarterly board meetings.
  • Assist in the execution of cross-functional strategic projects including pricing analysis, financial modeling, and Company All Hands preparation.
  • Build and optimize operational processes across finance, sales operations, product, and other business functions to drive efficiency and support company-wide initiatives.
  • Contribute to a data-driven decision-making culture by developing metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor and drive business performance.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to support project management efforts for key initiatives, stepping in to support where needed.
  • Prepare and facilitate internal communications, including supporting town halls, weekly team meetings, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
