The company generates revenue through the direct sale of these homes, which are priced from the upper $400Ks to mid $800Ks, depending on the property type and location. A key aspect of Van Metre Homes is their focus on community living, providing homes in planned communities that offer amenities like parks, schools, and shopping centers.
