Role Summary:
The Manager, Client Relationship Management is responsible for effectively leading a team of Client Relationship Associates. In this role, you will:
Hire, lead, manage, mentor, and develop our team of associates to ensure that every element of the environment embodies our brand, culture, vision, values, and operating principles as a path to shared success of employees and clients. As Manager, you will foster a client-focused environment aimed at providing comprehensive solutions for our most valued clients. This includes, but is not limited to, sound financial advice, guidance on client account matters, and overall client and revenue growth. It is essential to be an effective collaborator with key team members and business partners to be successful in this role.
Develop strategic direction for the team and leadership support
Increase client engagement capacity enabling more dedicated relationship coverage to key clients by CRA’s
Improving Financial Consultant efficiency and productivity to enable them to effectively cover more top/key clients
Support Investor Centers in Kansas City, MO and Leawood, KS
What will be your responsibilities?
Ensure the team is staffed, trained, and effective work processes are in place to deliver on all expectations
Ensure all Financial Consultants have the CRA support needed to deliver timely solutions and support for their clients
Ensure the Investor Center front desks are properly staffed for walk-in clients to get the support, advice, and guidance needed
You will coach and mentor your team members with a proven coaching process
You will demonstrate a business development focus resulting in additional opportunities through engagements with clients, prospects, the community, and company leadership
Develop KPI and business metrics for the team and individuals to ensure clients are properly covered, measure quality and increase book coverage/productivity
What will you bring to the team
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 7 years in a financial services role
At least 3 years of management experience
An active series 9/10 or 24, 7, and 66 FINRA License or ability to acquire them within 90 days. A series 63 along with a series 65 or CFP is a substitute for the series 66.

Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Designation
Deep knowledge of brokerage, mutual fund, RIA business and financial planning
Associate-centric mentor that develops the team and builds a culture of accountability through both sales and service

Driven sales leader with a focus on doing what is best for clients
Operational and regulatory knowledge of the retail financial services industry
