Nextfactor at the 20th Business Contact Days in Kortrijk. The 20th edition of the Business Contact Days in Kortrijk, organized by XPO GROUP with the support of Voka and the West Flanders Chamber of Commerce, was once again the networking event beyond comparison for entrepreneurial West Flanders. With over 17,000 visitors and 550 exhibitors, this is Belgium's largest trade fair. For Nextfactor, it was an ideal opportunity to showcase itself as an exhibitor for the first time. Nextfactor as an exhibitor. Its stand was a real meeting place: in addition to its customers, Nextfactor also welcomed many entrepreneurs who were curious about alternative forms of business financing. Several of its factoring partners were present and were able to make direct contact with interested companies. It was particularly valuable to help entrepreneurs find their way in the world of factoring, a topic that is still new to many. This was also evident during the exhibitor speed dates organized by VOKA West Flanders, where it became clear that factoring is still often uncharted territory in Flanders. For Nextfactor, this first trade fair participation was a successful experience: fascinating conversations, new contacts, and growing awareness of factoring. XPO's shares rose 8% after its North American less-than-truckload business returned to year-over-year tonnage growth in February 2026 for the first time since June 2024. The company reported a 0.2% increase in daily tonnage, driven by 3% shipment growth despite lighter average weights and disruption from a New England blizzard. XPO highlighted AI-enabled efficiency gains and reduced outsourced miles in its LTL network, expecting stronger-than-usual margin improvement in the first quarter of 2026. The company's narrative projects $9.2 billion in revenue and $661 million in earnings by 2028, requiring 4.7% annual revenue growth. However, XPO remains heavily exposed to freight volumes and regional economic conditions. Some analysts forecast the company could reach $9.4 billion in revenue and $752 million in earnings by 2028.
