Joint Fires Wargame Adjudicator
The Opportunity:
As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients’ most complex problems—and find solutions that keep our nation safe.
As a joint fires subject matter expert, you’ll bring your operational expertise to work alongside our wargaming team to implement and adjudicate wargames within a complex maritime environment, including expeditionary advanced base operations (EABO) and Marine fires coordinated with a fleet scheme of maneuver. You’ll use your knowledge of joint fires doctrine and experience with planning and implementation of joint fire control measures and joint fires synchronization to prepare scenario briefings, craft game vignette slides, and draft mission assignments and orders for scenario forces. You will use subject matter expertise, implement player direction in a wargame simulation environment, and develop wargame rules and procedures to assess and explain outcomes.

You Have:
Experience in an operational role with the military in fires, joint fires, joint fire support operations, joint targeting, joint and operational planning, command and control, or assessments
Experience as an Action Officer on a Headquarters staff, including joint or service component
Knowledge of Joint Fires Support Capabilities and Planning, Joint Targeting Cycle, Joint Fires Employment, Target Acquisition and Engagement, and Dynamic Targeting ‘Kill Chain’, including F2T2EA
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with working in a joint or service component’s operations center, including JOC, MOC, AOC, or TOC
Experience with data science or analytics
Experience with battlespace awareness and C4ISR tools
Knowledge of Joint Fires Support Digital C2 Systems, including JADOCS, AFATDS, JTT, MIDB, TBMCS, TTWCS, CAC2S, AEGIS and VAWS, BC3, IBCS, TAIS, or DACAS
Knowledge of tactical datalink (TDL) communications and multi-sensor data fusion and correlation
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
