  • Proven track record of building and executing successful outbound sales campaigns, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.

  • Experience in a SaaS or AI-driven business environment is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing BDR team to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement outbound and inbound sales strategies that align with the company’s goals.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads to create a strong sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs and alignment of business development efforts.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve business development processes to increase efficiency and impact.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and strategy.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
