  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or a similar role, with a focus on large, strategic accounts
  • Strong background in managing long sales cycles and closing six-figure-plus deals
  • Highly skilled at presenting complex solutions to senior-level decision-makers, including C-suite executives
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and sales tools, with experience leveraging them to drive results (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
  • Lead the charge in expanding HiHello's presence within enterprise-level accounts, targeting large, strategic clients
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline, overseeing the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to close
  • Work closely with C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls, product demonstrations, and follow-ups with potential enterprise customers
  • Negotiate and close large, high-value deals with complex purchasing processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in your approach
