Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that promote sustainable practices and products at Medtronic Canada.
  • Work with Marketing Leadership to assess, develop, recommend and execute on strategies that align with the company’s sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate with the Medtronic Sustainability team to understand key initiatives and translate them into compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Develop internal campaigns, initiatives, and policies to promote a culture of sustainability within the workplace.
  • Create engaging content that highlights the company’s commitment to sustainability.
  • Develop case studies, white papers, blog posts, and social media content that showcase sustainable practices.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry groups, to promote the company’s sustainability efforts.
  • Act as a company representative and liaise with external stakeholders and partners within sustainability networks and hubs.
  • Stay informed about Sustainability trends in healthcare through literature, conferences and VOCs.
  • Support research relating to sustainability tracking and reporting standards for businesses.
  • Plan and execute events that promote the company’s sustainability initiatives.
  • Work with events management team to implement best practices to reduce waste at events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Track and report on the performance of sustainability marketing initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in environmental studies.
  • Experience in similar capacity to advise organizations on Sustainability Policies and Strategies.
