We’re in search of a Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. We’re a small but mighty team and we work closely together, constantly bouncing ideas off of each other, coming up with company branding and marketing strategies to help aid in the success of StartEngine as well as the companies we work with. The Growth Marketing Manager will focus considerable effort on building out and creating our referral programs as well as concentrating on the overall life cycle of SE investors. The ideal candidate will be a conversion-centric marketer with seasoned skills in inbound and outbound marketing and the ability to use creative thinking and out-of-the box methods to track down potential leads.
What You’ll Do
- A laser-beam focus on our SE referral programs, subscription revenue, and investor life cycle campaigns
- Paid advertising sources, including podcasts, newsletters, publications, Google, and Facebook
- Work with the content team to produce content with strong lead conversion results, including improving our SEO ranking on company-specific keywords
- Report on lead generation funnel and marketing ROI
- Optimize lead generation spend to maximize ROI while generating demanded volume
What You’ll Need:
- Experience with email marketing automation tools
- Life cycle marketing
- Experience with referral programs
- Significant e-mail marketing experience
- Strong ability to research & troubleshoot various marketing tool issues
- Extremely curious and interested in all things marketing and optimization
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning, growth and improvement
