Requirements
  • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3+ years’ experience in engineering consultancy working across mineral projects.
  • Technical design software skills + MS Office proficiency.
  • Clear communicator, proactive and solutions focused.
  • A technical understanding of piping design and layout.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality engineering design outputs in line with established standards, quality requirements, and change management processes.
  • Contribute to the preparation of design packages, including drawings, models, and calculations, while identifying and managing design risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Sedgman to support project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Engage with stakeholders through technical support, project meetings, responses to queries, and commissioning activities as required.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance design processes, tools, and project outcomes.
