  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of full cycle quota carrying direct sales experience
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms - Salesforce experience highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in nurturing, negotiating and closing sales
  • Experience in fast paced SaaS business is highly desirable
  • Experience managing individual contributors preferred

Responsibilities
  • Partner with WeWork's Account sales teams in the United States and Canada to cultivate new business development opportunities and effectively manage pipeline
  • Ensure transaction pipelines are consistently up to date and provide timely forecasts
  • Manage multiple deals in different stages and align stakeholders to drive transactions through close
  • Work closely with cross functional partners including the Technology and Technical Account Management teams to progress deals and scale accounts
  • Work closely with Customer Success to provide unmatched customer service to members and ensure the best possible member experience
  • Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and effectively communicate the Workplace value proposition in the context of the future of work
