  • Three years of professional experience in software implementation, data analytics, data engineering, data science or similar fields
  • Advanced SQL - You know your way around analytical and aggregate functions, complex joins, windows functions, and are confident wrangling all types of data in SQL
  • Strong Python skills - You are well versed in common data science libraries such as Pandas and NumPy but are also able to write basic Python code that is clean, well-documented and tested
  • Natural communicator and leader - You are able to explain complex subjects to different audiences and seamlessly delegate tasks to the team
  • The ability to identify issues and develop actionable next steps that unblock critical path work - You are passionate about creating long-standing, efficient solutions
  • Exposure to software development methodologies, versioned software control, and supporting tooling (Git)
  • Provide technical expertise to customers implementing FLYR products from gathering data requirements to communicating results of implementation activities
  • Delegate work and assignments to team members to maintain client timelines and dependencies with FLYR product teams
  • Work closely with the Delivery Manager and Project Manager on planning and execution of product implementation activities
  • Monitor the end-to-end product functionality and serve as the primary contact to troubleshoot or escalate technical issues
  • Contribute to data analysis/engineering, participate in code peer review, and establish best practices for technical tasks required to implement FLYR products
  • Assist FLYR's Delivery Managers in hiring, training and mentoring technical personnel
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Learn customers' business processes and data to facilitate onboarding of FLYR products
  • This role has occasional on-call responsibilities and travel may be required
Desired Qualifications
  • Background in client-facing roles delivering technical software solutions highly preferred
  • Previous experience mentoring and training highly technical staff
  • Domain knowledge of airline revenue management or related areas of airline commercial operations is a plus
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (GCP), and task orchestration tools (Apache Airflow) highly preferred
