  • Familiarity with cloud native technology and cloud transformation landscape
  • Lead team(s) throughout software development lifecycle
  • Recruit, mentor, coach, retain, inspire engineering individual contributors and tech leads on a day-to-day basis
  • Set and track goals and objectives with each assigned team member
  • Participate and assist with expense approval and budget planning
  • Creatively solve problems and clear roadblocks that often cross technical and human factor domains
  • Conduct and attend meetings with key stakeholders to present facts that lead to quality decisions
  • Communicate effectively and provide clarity in a 360 fashion
  • Be better together by collaborating with architects, tech leads, product delivery managers, product managers, engineers, and quality engineering to build and deliver excellence
