Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in Healthcare IT sales. Specifically in the Medical Imaging market, Care Coordination market, or Patient Engagement market.
  • Experience owning and driving new sales growth in a specific territory. The territories for this role are Southeastern USA (Texas, Florida, Georgia, etc.) with onsite visits required. If you live in one of those places, that's ideal!
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and accelerate strategic relationships at an enterprise level. Sales cycles can be long, so thinking strategically about your sales cycle with frequent touch points & updates is a must.
  • We use Salesforce - so experience with that and other sales performance/productivity tools will help you track pipeline progression and manage your contacts.
  • Desire to partner cross-functionally. We work collaboratively, including with Marketing & Customer Success. A dream team!
  • Comfort with experimentation. Test & learn quickly is what we're about. In a fast-paced, high growth environment, willingness to be flexible and experiment goes a long way!
Responsibilities
  • Managing the sales process from discovery to close, including qualifying new opportunities, building consensus among multiple stakeholders, creating tailored proposals, and closing sales within large imaging center groups, hospitals and health systems.
  • Building strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders and executives.
  • Presenting tailored demos of PocketHealth to executives of prospective customers.
  • Working with prospective customers to understand their existing technology systems (EMR, PACS, etc.) and image exchange processes in detail.
  • Building customized proposals for enterprise clients, including how PocketHealth would fit within their existing technology systems & image exchange workflows and the impact we would make for their staff & patients.
  • Thinking strategically about your territory growth strategy, and working with senior management on how to leverage the network effects of our image sharing product to generate new business around existing clients.
