Responsibilities
  • Own the Global Sales Development function and collaborate between marketing, direct selling, and channel teams
  • Carry a pipeline generation quota and manage teams responsible for driving net new prospects into the sales funnel
  • Drive cross functional alignment and coordination across sales and marketing teams
  • Build and refine a world-class Sales Development organization
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to build and execute on a strategic growth plan
  • Develop scalable systems and processes that drive predictable pipeline growth
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize results, and make KPI/data-driven recommendations
  • Advance the skills and careers of managers and manage paths for career advancement within the IC functions as well as to closing sales roles
  • Enable the team with company standard sales methodologies and product/industry understanding
  • Partner with sales and marketing operations to ensure the SDR team has the best tools to do their job
  • Foster an amazing culture for the SDR team rooted in respect, honesty, and transparency
  • Represent the business and the leadership team to customers
