Requirements
  • Thorough understanding of digital and eCommerce metrics and media strategies
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations
  • Expert in negotiating and constructing digital media plans, with understanding of planning, buying and activation
  • Expert in developing strategic media recommendations and stewarding digital media account projects, acting as a client contact
  • Expert in eRetailer (Walmart, Target, Kroger), marketplaces (Amazon, Instacart) and retailer media (Criteo, Ibotta)
  • Strong knowledge of DoubleClick/DART, MediaMind, Omniture and Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of eCommerce measurement approaches and understanding of multi-touch attribution in media evaluation
  • Experience building customized multi-channel attribution models
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • 8+ years relevant experience
Responsibilities
  • Craft eCommerce media strategy and role of media in the path to purchase
  • Create high-level ecommerce media sciences plans and retail media plans
  • Leverage Horizon Media’s suite of planning, evaluation and buying tools
  • Monitor trends, tools, opportunities and applications within digital environments
  • Create media specific documents such as media plans, objectives and strategies decks
  • Lead brainstorms to kick off plan and consideration set development
  • Oversee and support the Media Sciences Specialist
  • Help create data informed intellectual property of media and shopping metrics
  • Build the Night Market approach and infrastructure for analytics
  • Build cross-channel analytics and insights offerings
  • Build client-specific solutions that inform campaign performance
  • Develop clear and concise dashboarding
  • Develop KPIs and reporting methodologies
  • Monitor and report on media campaigns
  • Parse through partner ad verification and ad server data
  • Determine set-up for ensuring full impact and efficiency of each initiative
  • Provide data for dashboards/Excel trackers
  • Use learnings drawn from data to draw thoughtful conclusions
