- In-depth working knowledge of the IBM WebSphere Commerce platform, its features, functionality, and architecture
- Hands-on experience with the Aurora storefront, REST Application Programming Interfaces, Solr Search, and various commerce modules
- Strong working knowledge of subsystems including Catalog, Order, Member, Trading, and B2Bi/Procurement
- Proficiency in Java, JavaServer Pages, Enterprise JavaBeans, Java Message Service, web services, XML processing tools, JSON, JavaServer Pages Standard Tag Library, Struts, JavaScript, and HTML development skills
- Comfortable with Model-View-Controller and Commands design patterns
- Strong understanding of the WebSphere Commerce run-time framework, Struts, Spring Model-View-Controller, front-end components, WebSphere Commerce tag libraries, WebSphere Commerce EJBs, and Web Services
- Experience with B2B configurations (preferred but not required)
- Experience with WebSphere Commerce Version 8 and Version 7 (preferred)
- Experience with IBM WebSphere Commerce Search (Solr) (preferred)
- Participate in the build and delivery of technical capabilities for the commerce application under the guidance of the Solution Architect
- Provide technical and functional hands-on expertise for development activities related to the commerce application
- Contribute to design, development, and implementation efforts for the Commerce platform and its modules
- Previous experience in Business-to-Business configurations is preferred but not required
- Past experience with WebSphere Commerce Version 8 and Version 7
- Experience with IBM WebSphere Commerce Search (Solr)
