Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day business development activities for the F-35 program and define new business opportunities that ultimately achieve the growth goals for the Northrop Grumman F-35 business unit.
  • Responsible for the development of the F-35 campaign, customer engagement and growth strategies in collaboration with the Business Unit, Division, Program, Functions and Cross-Sector teams.
  • Responsible for coordinating F-35 program campaign planning and execution with Corporate Legislative Affairs and Government Relations.
  • Lead strategy formulation and articulation, mission and capability analysis, advanced development support, functional collaboration, and communications strategies.
  • Conduct effective 360-degree customer engagement.
  • Creating, maintaining, and implementing a customer engagement strategy and senior customer visit plan across domestic military, government, and industry leadership. Creating and delivering an extraordinary customer experience with follow-up.
  • Develop, brief, implement growth strategies that supports the Division’s Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP).
  • Knowledgeable in Customer Relationships Management (CRM) tools (e.g., Salesforce) while following the process standards of the Northrop Grumman Business Acquisition Process (BAP).

  • Experience with International Export (e.g FMS)
  • Strategic thinker with flexibility to operate outside military construct when required
  • Capable of communicating and building trust with executive level customers and internal executive leadership
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
