Responsibilities
  • Oversee the USG business, including Account Executives (AEs) and Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs), to drive team performance and meet ambitious revenue goals.
  • Play 'offense' by identifying and pursuing new logos, building pipeline, and expanding our presence within the federal market.
  • Play 'defense' by strengthening customer relationships, retaining revenue, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership within key accounts, ensuring Authentic8’s solutions align with their strategic needs.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue goals tied to both retention and new business targets.
  • Mentor and coach AEs and CSAMs to deliver results while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of OSINT to understand customer challenges and position Authentic8’s solutions effectively.
