Requirements
  • Experience in requirements gathering and analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct user workshops to ascertain business requirements.
  • Map the business requirement with out-of-the-box (OOB) and custom developed features of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (MSCRM).
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand the requirements and develop a Functional Specification Document (FSD).
  • Requirements gathering and analysis.
  • Prepare functional and technical design documentation.
  • Document the requirements in the form of a Functional Specification Document.
  • Facilitate the technical design for identified functional requirements by working with the development team.
  • Identify data migration needs and facilitate documentation of the same in the Functional Specification Document.
  • Facilitate test planning, test case preparation, and end-user testing for CRM developments.
