Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator

We are seeking a detail- orientated and customer focused individual for our Sealing Solutions branch to manage the dispatching process for both incoming and outgoing shipments.

This role essential for ensuring timely delivery, efficient communication with customers and acting effectively to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

What your day looks like?

• Assist sales with overflow phone calls
• Picking and Processing orders by confirming order slips, pick, pack and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Attend other general warehousing duties as required.
• Occasional delivery to our customers.
• Arrange Couriers for dispatch of goods
• Communicating with Account managers

Who are you?

• Proven warehouse experience within a similar role
• Valid driver’s licence
• Work autonomously within a team environment
• Good verbal and written skills
• Computer literate at an intermediate level
• Ability to multitask and priorities your workloads
• Possess a positive and can-do attitude to tasks
