Requirements
  • 2-3 years of progressive experience in project/program management, including skills, techniques, and knowledge of project management methodologies i.e., Waterfall, Agile, etc.
  • Able to manage time efficiently and be a flexible leader capable of adapting to new developments and shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders, ensuring consistent updates and collaboration.
  • Experience building and nurturing relationships across teams, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timeline delivery and resource allocation.
  • Experience with risk management and problem-solving, applying creative solutions to keep projects on course.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Proficient in software applications, specifically Microsoft productivity tools (i.e., Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field.
  • PMP certification or other relevant study.
  • Knowledge of investment concepts.
Responsibilities
  • Drive the successful execution of projects by managing timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to foster alignment and transparency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate project coordination.
  • Use project management tools to track progress, manage risks, and ensure efficient project execution.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance team efficiency, data accuracy, and project workflows.
  • Support the execution of communication activities within the PLI organization including podcast productions, writing and coordinating communication content.
