Requirements
  • 1+ years experience with high volume B2B billing and collections
  • Intermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables
  • Proficiency in managing and analyzing data using Excel and other relevant software
  • Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal abilities, and ability to work cross-functionally within the company
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities
  • Liaising with customers to answer billing questions via phone and email
  • Monitoring tickets and providing timely and accurate responses to customer questions
  • Assisting in monthly billing cycles, including invoice preparation and completeness/accuracy reviews
  • Monitoring emails and promptly addressing billing and collection-related issues
  • Running ad-hoc reports in systems to address customer inquiries
