At Synthflow.ai, we’re making AI accessible to everyone, regardless of technical skills or coding experience. Our platform allows our B2B clients to build sophisticated, tailored AI Voice agents.

We are now seeking a talented and passionate AI Developer to join our innovative team and lead the product development, research, and technical architecture for our new AI-powered platform. This is a hands-on role that will allow you to play a key part in shaping the future of AI.

Your Responsibilities

• Research, design the architecture and implement new AI-powered features.

• Implement those features together with the engineering team

• Develop and maintain the backend infrastructure, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of AI features.

• Research and implement new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance the platform capabilities.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality and best practices.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI and software development trends, sharing knowledge with the team and actively contributing to continuous improvement.

You have

• Experience as a Python developer minimum 5 years

• Experience in building data infrastructure that is both scalable and extensible

• Experience in infrastructure containerization and DevOps & MLOps on (GCP or AWS)

• Experience in building and maintaining enterprise-grade API’s (e.g. with fastAPI)

• Knowledge hunger about AI and LMMs and desire make Agents accessible to Businesses and Developers

• Builder mindset and enjoy to tinker around and experiment with complex systems

Bonus:

• Experience working with and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Experience with low-latency audio stream processing

• Experience building production-grade applications with LLMs and using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.

• Experience with large-scale distributed compute and cloud infrastructure
