This Full Time role works in person Monday-Friday at our beautiful Central Ohio corporate office and weekly travels to a second, local office.

PURPOSE
As our Office and Facilities Coordinator, you will have a highly visible role coordinating and supporting daily corporate office operations to ensure a welcoming, organized, safe, and efficient workplace environment. Through office administration, employee and visitor support, vendor coordination, and facilities-related services, you will enhance the overall employee experience and ensure smooth business operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Coordinate and support the day-to-day operations of the corporate office to maintain a professional, organized, safe, and efficient work environment for employees and visitors.
Serve as a primary resource for workplace support services, including employee workspace readiness, access management, office logistics, and general operational needs.
Manage office supplies, workplace amenities, equipment, and other business resources by monitoring inventory levels, coordinating procurement activities, and ensuring availability of necessary materials.
Coordinate shipping, receiving, and distribution activities to support business operations and employee needs.
Support meetings, training sessions, and company events through coordination of space, materials, logistics, and workplace services.
Coordinate facility-related services by serving as a liaison with property management, contractors, and service providers, ensuring maintenance requests, repairs, inspections, and other building-related matters are addressed in a timely manner.
Monitor the physical condition of the workplace and perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, furniture assembly and relocation, and other general upkeep activities within the scope of the position.
Maintain common areas, conference rooms, kitchens, storage spaces, and other shared work environments to support cleanliness, organization, functionality, and employee satisfaction.
Track vendor services, purchases, invoices, and work completion to support operational effectiveness and adherence to departmental processes.
Proactively identify workplace, maintenance, safety, and operational concerns, escalating issues and coordinating resolution as appropriate.
Promote a positive workplace experience by delivering responsive customer service and fostering a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of departmental and organizational objectives.

Must adhere to all policies, procedures, terms and conditions set forth in the National Church Residences’ Employee Information Guide (EIG), the Code of Conduct, as well as any facility handbook, including but not limited to, corporate compliance, drug free workplace, safe work practices, all federal, state, local regulations and laws.
With respect to Resident Rights, ensure all care is provided with respect and dignity for the residents/clients, their families and the staff. Reports all complaints made by residents/clients and/or families to the appropriate supervisors, reports all allegations of abuse, misappropriation of funds/resident property and/or any other corporate compliance, drug free workplace, safe work practices, all federal, state and local regulations and laws.
Completes all annual education requirements timely, including but not limited to Compliance, Privacy, Security and HIPAA training and exhibits behavior as set forth by the Code of Conduct in the performance of their duties.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in office coordination, facilities support, hospitality, property management, or similar role.
Skills:
Must have excellent communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English, as well as the ability to make self-understood.
Must have good working computer skills with basic professional computer software (Microsoft Office suite, Windows, etc.) and the capacity for learning new software systems quickly.
Must be self-directed with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks and assignments concurrently.
Must have basic maintenance/repair skills with the ability to safely utilize general power tools and equipment.
Travel: Rare
Licensure: Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance and compliance with National Church Residences' motor vehicle policy is required.
Vision: Normal: Consistent with standard workflow.

Working Conditions: General Office working conditions, however worker will be subject to changing inside and/or outside temperatures which may include extreme heat (temperatures above 100 degrees) or extreme cold (temperatures below 32 degrees) and conditions that are somewhat disagreeable; elements such as noise, dust, heat and oil exist but not to the extent of being continuously disagreeable.
Consequences of Errors: Moderate monetary responsibility.
Supervision Received: General supervision: Employee generally operates by himself/herself checking with supervisor when in doubt.
