Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in office coordination, facilities support, hospitality, property management, or a similar role is required.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, and basic professional computer software is required, along with the capacity to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Basic maintenance and repair skills, including the ability to safely use general power tools and equipment, are required.
  • A valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and compliance with the employer's motor vehicle policy are required.
  • Ability to manage concurrent tasks and assignments with effective organizational skills is required.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support day-to-day corporate office operations to maintain a professional, organized, safe, and efficient work environment.
  • Provide workplace support services, including employee workspace readiness, access management, office logistics, and general operational support.
  • Manage office supplies, workplace amenities, equipment, and other business resources by monitoring inventory, coordinating procurement, and ensuring materials are available.
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, and distribution activities.
  • Support meetings, training sessions, and company events by coordinating space, materials, logistics, and workplace services.
  • Coordinate facility-related services with property management, contractors, and service providers, including maintenance requests, repairs, inspections, and other building matters.
  • Monitor workplace conditions and perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, furniture assembly and relocation, and general upkeep within the scope of the position.
  • Maintain common areas, conference rooms, kitchens, storage spaces, and other shared work environments.
  • Track vendor services, purchases, invoices, and work completion.
  • Identify workplace, maintenance, safety, and operational concerns, escalate issues, and coordinate resolutions.
  • Deliver responsive customer service and foster a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Complete annual education requirements, including compliance, privacy, security, and HIPAA training.
  • Follow organizational policies, the Code of Conduct, facility handbooks, safe work practices, and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Respect resident and client rights and report complaints, abuse allegations, misappropriation of funds or property, and other compliance concerns to appropriate supervisors.
