Responsibilities
  • Partner with Syndigo peers to identify learning opportunities for customers that fall within the standard levels of business requirements *(“I need to know how to use the platform to syndicate to grocery panel”*) to strategic offerings *(“Meeting the Gold Standard of data quality for CPG”)* This includes identifying trends by Product, recipient(s), functions, support ticketing metrics, UI/UX user data, and strategic goals for our client base
  • Identify channels to drive self-service training usage with our existing in-app tools: The Help Center (Zendesk and Vimeo– client facing), Silvia (Zendesk – employees)
  • Help identify additional tools and resources to offer scalable self-service training available for clients and employees (The goal of helping users find what they need, when they need it, in digestible formats), as well as co-manage training tools and serve as a shared tool admin.
  • Serve as a consultant/collaborator to the Onboarding and Implementation teams to consistently improve upon existing programs for new-to-Syndigo clients, with the goal of driving platform comprehension and confidence, and the goal of building their content right from the beginning (Adoption and Utilization = renewals and growth)
  • Update content for internal and external how-to/help articles relevant to the individual’s area of expertise and/or seek cross-functional expertise
  • Provide content for Pendo in-app messaging relevant to the individual’s area of expertise. Work with designer to plan/build in-app messaging experiences (tours, etc.).
