Requirements
  • Two to four years of experience in banking, bank operations, or a highly regulated industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams.
  • Working knowledge of branch and digital banking software applications.
  • Ability to apply procedures and instructions consistently within established scope.
  • Good understanding of Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volume while meeting service expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
  • A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to internal team inquiries and perform troubleshooting or escalation steps related to Online Banking, Wires, Zelle, Debit Cards, Branch Capture, and other CNB systems.
  • Provide service and support to internal clients via telephone, email, or in person.
  • Provide accurate responses by following Policy and Procedure documentation and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Follow quality assurance standards and participate in quality monitoring sessions.
  • Report observations to Management and Digital Channels regarding website issues, vendor concerns, or Online Banking feedback.
  • Identify calls that appear unusual or suspicious and notify management and/or the Fraud Investigations Unit.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of digital banking applications, branch systems, and branch balancing workflows.
  • Meet key performance indicators such as average handling time and first-call resolution.
  • Use standard troubleshooting steps to distinguish user errors from technical issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Follow operational, regulatory, and security policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with other departments.
  • Adhere to work schedule guidelines and report discrepancies to the Supervisor.
  • Provide Policy and Procedure guidance for trusts, guardianships, estates, court orders, and powers of attorney using approved guides; escalate non-routine situations.
  • Open Customer Information System tickets for account changes following designated procedures.
  • Support employee onboarding by assisting with account opening and maintenance.
  • Maintain accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Perform assigned tasks and special projects as directed.
  • Follow all Bank and departmental policies and stay current on updates.

Sensus Healthcare secures $15M revolving credit facility with City National Bank

Sensus Healthcare has entered into a $15 million revolving credit facility with City National Bank of Florida, according to an SEC filing. The agreement, dated 8 December 2020, is part of the Main Street Priority Loan Facility established under the Federal Reserve Act to support businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The credit facility is secured by accounts, inventory, equipment and intellectual property. It includes financial covenants and reporting requirements, including maintaining a minimum deposit balance and submitting quarterly and annual financial statements. Sensus Healthcare, which specialises in non-invasive treatment of non-melanoma skin cancers using superficial radiation therapy technology, will use the facility to support operations and payroll whilst expanding its market presence. The agreement includes CARES Act compliance provisions, restricting stock repurchases and executive compensation.
