Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • Six to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required
  • Requires a working knowledge of the restaurant aspect of Four Seasons services, policies or operations and general knowledge of the hotel
  • Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system
  • Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
  • Provide guests with food and beverage, water, and oshibori service, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas
  • Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
  • Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures
  • Assist with and complete tasks as assigned by Department Head, Manager, and Supervisor
  • Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements; anticipate guest needs
  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and outside contacts
  • Complete Four Seasons Internship program, including: Bi-monthly learning series with Executive Leadership, Journal Entries, Final Project (and more!)
