Responsibilities
  • Manage, maintain, and retain accounts within an assigned book of business
  • Act as an advocate for operator success, aiming to reduce churn and proactively address issues
  • Ensure that operators have the necessary resources available to succeed within the Storable ecosystem, utilizing self-service collateral, training materials, and performance reporting
  • Document details of identified opportunities to ensure accurate and timely follow-up on opportunities, leads, and prospects
  • Accurately forecast attainment on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Support specific marketing programs, lead generation campaigns, and targeted sales activities
  • Constantly strive for self-improvement and possess the curiosity to stay abreast of industry and market trends by utilizing various research organizations, sales books, and collateral
