  • Junior or senior standing
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to use and understand linear measurements, Imperial and Metric Systems
  • Proficient in reading a tape measure and other measuring devises
  • Strong verbal and written skills
Responsibilities
  • Job Shadow both salaried and production workforce to gain knowledge and insight in the production industry
  • Provide support on Plan for Every Part (PFEP) tasks and day-to-day activities
  • Support the Team Coordinator production needs
  • Support Engineers through workstation design and tool-board set ups
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) activities
  • Participate in engagement activities
  • Prep and trim-out vehicles or components before and after
  • Assemble and/or install a variety of major or min subassemblies, parts, and systems
  • Operate hand tools as needed
  • Perform production duties as needed
