  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in production management, with a strong preference for experience in the assembly of battery packs and modules.
  • Have managed 2-3 Supervisors and 2-3 Engineers (production.process), with strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to quality and a track record of driving process improvements.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the production of battery packs and modules, ensuring adherence to quality, quantity, and efficiency standards.
  • Lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate the allocation of equipment, materials, and personnel to meet production targets.
  • Implement quality control measures and inspect finished products to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including schedules, reports, and any deviations from standard procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance, to resolve technical issues and optimize production processes.
  • Ensure all safety procedures and guidelines are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
