Requirements
  • Accounting experience posting complex sales and purchasing transactions such as returns, credit memos, and special orders.
  • Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of accounting programs such as Peachtree, Sage, and QuickBooks.
  • Extremely detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Quick learner and able to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Great judgement and problem solving ability.
  • Five years of experience in general office administration.
  • Experience solving problems and making decisions on your own.
  • Friendly, enjoy working with others, and comfortable talking on the phone.
  • Above average skills with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Personal transportation is required due to location not being near transportation.
Responsibilities
  • Full-cycle order fulfillment including credit, sales orders, invoicing, accounts receivable, purchasing and production.
  • Extensive client, vendor and partner interaction and problem solving on a day-to-day basis.
  • Manage office, production and warehouse staff.
Desired Qualifications
  • 4-Year college degree preferred
