- Use Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, Chili Piper, and other sales technology to automate sales systems and support sales and renewal efficiencies by improving processes.
- Implement performance measurement programs, high-quality data and reporting tools, and evaluations of new technologies.
- Build the infrastructure for the revenue operations team while initially working as an individual contributor with outsourced resources.
- Build a world-class sales training playbook and program.
- Five or more years of leadership experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting go-to-market organizations in Software as a Service markets selling business-to-business is desirable context for the role.
