Position Overview
We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join the Kinesso team as a Sr. Associate of Media Operations. In this role, you will be empowered to assist with the development of process optimization, while being the gate keeper of omni-channel budgets and authorizations crossing programmatic, search, social and e-commerce. This opportunity is a fusion of financial/budget management and media operations servicing one of our premier accounts.
The ideal candidate will be team oriented with the ability to multi-task. You must possess strong communication, organizational, and strategic-thinking skills and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit all Media Authorizations
- Maintain master budget tracker across six brands, two divisions and several media partners
- Develop internal and client reporting for e-commerce
- Manage inter-company IO process with sister agency
- Liaise with Client Finance to resolve all budget and inter-company billing discrepancies and insure all invoices are cleared in Prisma
- Create and maintain all planned budgets in proprietary planning system
- Prepare and manage the quarterly delivery audit process including DCM and console reporting
- Coordinate with Client Finance and Addressable teams to manage all non- integrated costs
- Assist with the development of process optimization to improve overall workflow
- Assist with weekly forecast/pacing updates
- Platform Reporting: Conducts ad hoc/custom reporting for "deep dive" analytics or per agency request
Qualification - Required Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in Client Finance/Operations
- Knowledge and passion for media/advertising
- Ability to work successfully across multiple teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities
- Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities
- Proficiency in MS Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to be flexible and a team player
Qualifications - Desired Skills
- Industry experience desired, experience in Programmatic media and/or Client Finance a plus
- Knowledge of e-commerce a plus

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
