  • 5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role - home services industry or performance marketing experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with home service providers in the middle market through various prospection methods.
  • Identify, Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals with the ability to discern what is and isn’t a good mutual opportunity.
  • Develop targeted sales and marketing materials and strategies that highlight the unique benefits and value propositions of the partnership, tailored to the specific needs and interests of each partner.
  • Build and maintain a robust partner pipeline leveraging and building relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as account management and revenue operations, to ensure successful execution of new partnerships.
  • Keep an ‘always on’ pulse on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and partnership agreements.
