  • A deep understanding and experience with bidding tactics and tools, demonstrating depth and breadth of strategic and tactical knowledge of how different strategies can drive business goals
  • Hands-on experience managing and executing campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Bing, TikTok, AdRoll, and more
  • A firm grasp of Web Analytics, A/B Testing, and data-driven marketing
  • Deep analytical skills and experience leveraging data visualization tools to manipulate data and extract insights
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
  • Own performance across media channels while achieving efficiency targets and customer quality based on LTV
  • Responsible for setting budgets, defining objectives, monitoring CAC/LTV across all of performance channels
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and identify areas of opportunity to improve KPIs across areas of responsibility
  • Experiment with new paid marketing channels and scale them up from scratch
  • Collaborate with our product and data teams on ways to optimize full-funnel conversion
