Artificial Intelligence Director
Key Role:
Operate as an Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategic thought leader across defense intelligence clients. Serve as a change agent, championing emerging data science techniques, tech-enabled analytics, and AI modernization strategies with existing and prospective clients. Leverage experience working with government organizations to lead the design, development, and delivery of feasible AI approaches tailored to client digital environments. Lead client engagements to discuss viable implementation of phased AI roadmaps. Integrate internal AI investments and industry solutions to inform our responsible and inclusive AI practices. Take an active role in the development, mentoring, and coaching of employees. Balance client facing role supporting existing teams with strategic thought leader role to support future business development initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of experience with AI, machine learning, data science, or data engineering
5+ years of experience supporting defense intelligence government clients
5+ years of experience with big data technologies, AI modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning model generation, or natural language processing
Experience with developing and implementing successful market strategies and business development efforts, including proposals, projects, and intellectual capital creation
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience implementing Large Language Models and Generative AI
Experience developing AI solutions in enterprise cloud environments
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Software Development, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Engineering
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $158,800.00 to $295,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
